Publication

Authors should submit an original paper in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, using the on-line submission procedure. The guidelines for paper formatting provided at the conference website ought to be used for all submitted papers. The preferred submission format is the same as the camera-ready format. Please check and carefully follow the instructions and templates provided.

During the conference, the Conference Preprints of all contributions accepted for presentation the FedCSIS Conference, with papers divided into appropriate volumes, are going to be presented to the FedCSIS participants. Preprint volumes do not carry ISSN, ISBN, DOI or IEEE Catalog numbers.

Soon after the conference (with about 7 days to submit final / small corrections), all full and short papers are going to be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and published electronically in a volume of Annals of Computer Science and Information Systems” (ACSIS).

ACSIS Volumes with Proceedings of the FedCSIS Conference are submitted for indexation in Web of Science, SCOPUS, DBLP, Index Copernicus and other indexing services (see Indexation for more details). The IEEE Xplore DL Proceedings are published with an ISBN, ISSN, IEEE Catalog and DOI numbers, under a nonexclusive copyright. Such copyright implies that Events' organizers can invite extended and revised papers for post-conference publications in high-quality journals, edited volumes, etc.

Position and communication papers are published in separate ACSIS volume(s) and they are not submitted to the IEEE Xplore DL. This means that they are not submitted to indexing in Web of Science, but submitted to all remaining indexing services. Current indexation information for ACSIS is available here. Position and communication papers are published with ISBN, ISSN and DOI numbers.

As discussed earlier, the publication and the length of dissemination papers is at the discretion of the Event Chairs, but it has to be negotiated with the Chairs of the FedCSIS conference series first. The publication of dissemination papers can be facilitated by the FedCSIS team, including publication as a separate ACSIS volume for each dissemination Event.
